GRAPES: 100% Graciano

TASTING NOTES: Top example of Graciano as a varietal. Inky, with blackcurrant, fruit peel, jam and raspberries. Red fruit notes on the finish and nice rich tannins and juicy structure.

PAIRS WITH: Delightful with pasta, vegetable dishes, cured sausages, cold cuts or grilled meat.

SERVE ME: Serve at room temp. 

Navarra is much less well known than neighbouring Rioja, but both are rich in the Grenache and Graciano grapes, and the wines can have similar characters. Brothers, Iñaki, Xabi and Mikel Sanz, started working with their father in 2007. They work with mainly higher altitude plots, carefully nurturing the older bush vines that grow there.
