TASTING NOTES: Rich with some opulence and spicy baked apple and soft pink grapefruit. Hints of orange and lovely acidity with a bone dry finish. Excellent bone dry Riesling thats also great value

PAIRS WITH: Great on its own but also with anything thats been smoked or has a light spice.

SERVE ME : Serve chilled. Pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours. 

Koehler-Ruprecht was founded in 1700s, building a reputation for quality dry Rieslings during a period when the style was nowhere near as popular as today. Various wines are made from grapes with different levels of ripeness. Fermentation is spontaneous and there is zero manipulation in the wine.
