2022 WHITE PINOT

TRY ME IF YOU LOVE: Chenin Blanc

ABV: 12.0%

GRAPES: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier

TASTING NOTES: Concentrated, fine and characterful. Subtle violet aromatic notes sit over red apple, bramble and strawberry fruit character. Poached rhubarb and vanilla pod character adds layers of complexity. The palate is bright with a highly-polished, silky texture. Rich and medium bodied, held taut with fresh natural acidity and an almost imperceptible tannic grip. 

PAIRS WITH: Ideal with seafood, ranging from fresh scallops, white meaty fish or pan-fried mackerel. And again great with mushrooms.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours. 

This is just really different, try it…. I get more pear than anything else, but again great quality and ideal to take your time with this one and let is warm up in the glass as it changes a lot.
