Longtime friends George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman love Casamigos. On the rocks, by the shot, at times, straight from the bottle. Tequila-filled nights with friends is how Casamigos was born. Their idea was to make the best-tasting, smoothest Tequila and Mezcal that didn’t have to be covered up with salt or lime. So they did. It was never intended to be released to the public. It’s actually all they serve at their homes in Mexico. Aged for 14 months. Pure and complex aroma, with soft caramel and vanilla notes. Perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves, with subtle hints of spice and barrel oak, with a lingering smooth finish.

AGAVE:
100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

SLOW COOKING:
The agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, while most others steam theirs for 7 hours.

EXTRA SLOW FERMENTATION:
The unique flavor is a result of an 80 hour fermentation process, compared to the average 48 hours.

PROPRIETARY YEAST:
The Master Distiller uses a special yeast blend resulting in a consistent, refined flavor, unlike the commercial yeasts others use.

COLOR:
Rich caramel.

AROMA:
Soft caramel and vanilla notes.

FLAVOR:
Perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves layered with hints of spice and barrel oak.

WATER:
Purified water from Casamigos’ own well.
