Wilmington’s first legally produced Bourbon Whiskey since prohibition. This whiskey was produced and barreled prior to the grand opening of the distillery. Quietly aging in new American Oak with temperature variations that naturally occur through the season within the distillery helped to develop deep characteristic of the whiskey within.
