Havana Club 3 Year Old 40% ABV

A bartender’s favourite, Havana Club 3 Year Old is made and aged in Cuba from local sugarcane molasses. Why no colour? The rum is filtered prior to bottling, so it’s barely hued for aesthetically appealing Mojitos! It’s bursting with vibrant green notes, as well as the coconut, oaky notes from ageing and the ripe tropical fruit notes abundant in Caribbean rums. A classic for a reason.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Light, aromatic and bursting with citrus zest, the nose hints at the fruit to come, while providing a grassy freshness, too.

Palate: Pineapple, mango and banana contribute to the juicy palate, with red fruits, coconut and a suggestion of dusty liquorice.

Finish: Medium length and incredibly smooth, with lingering tropical fruit.
