The Rosé from Redentore is a super great and strawberry Prosecco with a fine bubbles. This is manufactured using the traditional Charmat process. With its light pink color and fine, long-lasting aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries, this one is our favorite. The palate is soft and balanced with fresh fruit flavors and minimal acidity. This Prosecco is perfect as an aperitif, but can also be served with salad or various types of cheese. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and has no added sulfur and is vegan.
