Traditional white wine vinification method at controlled temperature of 20˚C.

Aging

Through slow refermentation in large sealed tanks at 12-14˚C, remaining with the yeasts for approximately three months.

Tasting Notes

Color is slightly greenish, brilliant and streaked with a continuous flow of small bubbles. The bouquet is fruity and intense, yet elegant. Clear scents of golden apples come through a floral background. It is dry, fresh and lean, soft and rounded, with good length and a pleasantly fruity finish.

Recommendations

Serve at 5-7°C. Traditionally served as an aperitif, although it is excellent with fish and shellfish.
