Prosecco DOC Spumante Extra Dry AD47 “Diamante”

Light straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Very bubbly when poured maintining a persistent perlage to the end. It has a fine and elegant bouquet with a good presence of fruity notes, particularly green and golden apple followed by floral notes of wisteria blossom. Excellent length and persistence, this is a harmonious and well balanced Prosecco.

Food Pairing: Excellent on its own as an aperitif. Ideal with all fish dishes, salami and cured meats. It also goes well with light pasta and rice dishes and all white meats.
