Traditional white wine vinification method at controlled temperature of 20˚C.

Aging

Through slow refermentation in large sealed tanks at 12-14˚C, remaining with the yeasts for approximately three months.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow color. The bouquet is fruity and intense, yet elegant. Clear scents of golden apples come through a floral background. Fresh aromatic taste with balanced acidity and a long finish.

Serve chilled, as an aperitif, although it is excellent with fish and shellfish.
