Ron Larimar Peated Single Malt Cask Finish 5 Year Old

Ron Larimar is a specially crafted rum for unique taste and complexity. Marrying Caribbean heritage with Scotch whisky craftsmanship, it is a rum to savour and enjoy neat, on the rocks or as part of your favourite cocktail. It is named after a rare and beautiful precious stone found only in the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean.

This rum gets its beautifully balance flavour with rich toffee and vanilla and a soft hint of the smoky peat, by being matured first in American oak casks, then matured in hand selected peated single malt casks from Scotland. 

Tasting Notes

The rum gives toasted tropical fruit especially bananas and succulently sweet sugar cane flavours that mingle perfectly with vanilla and the smoky embers of a camp fire.
