Intense and fresh aromas of strawberry and raspberry with delicate hint of rose and hawthorn flower. the palate is pleasing, aromatic, fresh and smooth-flowing. A well balanced Pink Prosecco, with a dry, sapid and persistent finish. Summer drinking – but we think suitable to drink all year round!
Food Match : Perfect for aperetifs. Excellent as an accompaniment to fish starters, risotto and vegetable quiche.
