Speyburn 10 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky With Source Water Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh citrus tang and a hint of herbs.
Palate: Delicate with notes of caramel and thick toffee, mixing with a maltedness and smooth cereal.
Finish: Long and sweet, toffee really comes out.
Distillery Information
The distillery was designed by Charles Doig and was founded by John Hopkins in 1897. Due to space limitations the distillery was built up through trees and drum malting’s rather than floor malting’s were adopted. The distillery in now owned by Inver House Distillers.
