Whisky: Speyburn Arranta Cask Single Malt Scotch
Share this with those who enjoy slightly higher proof Speyside whiskies. It’s no cask strength monster, as it still honors the line’s smoother, approachable profile, but the extra ABV is a welcomed punch and the first fill ex-bourbon barrels impart enough spice and oaky character that it may sway a few bourbon drinkers to give it a go.
Size: 750mL
Proof: 92 (46% ABV)

Inspired by the Gaelic word meaning “intrepid and daring”, this single malt whisky has been crafted using specially selected, first fill ex-Bourbon casks, to give this spicy Scotch whisky a uniquely bold and characterful flavour profile. The distillery manager hand-selects each one, marking it with his distinctive ‘A-star’ seal of approval, and the spirit scored 93 points in 2015 from Wine Enthusiast.

Distillery Information
The Speyburn distillery in Scotland, established in 1897 by John Hopkins, crafts its Speyside whisky from the Granty Burn, a stream flowing with soft and clear spring water and a major tributary of the River Spey. As part of its product line born in part from these waters comes now the new Speyburn 15-Year-Old.
