Starward whiskey is produced in Melbourne, Australia by a team of ex microbrewers. The grain is Australian two row barley, fermented with a blend of distillers and brewers yeasts. Last but not least, this whiskey spends its entire life aging in wine barrels. Starward partnered with a few local distilleries for their red wine barrel sourcing (think Penfolds) and is aged for 3-5 Melbourne years.
