What’s in the bundle?

• Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey 70cl (ABV 40% vol)
• Lazzaroni Amaretto 70cl (ABV 24% vol)
• Volare Sugar Syrup 70cl

This bundle will make you a total of 14 cocktails.

Mixing Guide

Ingredients per drink:

• 30ml Buffalo Trace
• 50ml Lazzaroni Amaretto
• 5ml Volare Sugar Syrup
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Egg White

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with one ice cube and shake hard. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard again, then double strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and cherry (ideally maraschino) if you have them.

Handy hack:

If you don’t have a shaker at home, you can use an old jam jar or any other container with a secure lid.

If you do not have a cocktail strainer at home you could use a tea strainer or a normal sieve.
