Top Shelf Dark & Stormy Coffee bitters are made by an Ottawa-based roaster using Colombian Supremo beans, cacao nibs, black peppercorns, star anise & wild cherry bark to create a beautiful coffee flavour only found in small farm beans with deep & rich hints of cocoa. Use at home in a Dark & Stormy, spiced rum, or bourbon cocktail, or to add some zing to a basic cup o’ joe.
