Made from 100% Agave that has reached its full maturity in the shadows of the Tequila Volcano, this Tequila was made by several different processes of cooking, mashing, and fermentation, bringing the best of each process forward in the deep and extremely well-balanced flavor of the Tequila. Bottled at an ABV of 40%, this artisan Spirit is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
