West Cork Maritime Single Malt Port Cask

This limited edition is inspired by two of the distillery founders’ past – Ger and Denis McCarthy were trawlermen off the coast of West Cork before they entered the whiskey industry. The third co-founder, John O’Connell, came up with the idea of a bespoke spherical bottle, as reference to vintage glass fishing floats.

Patiently matured in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in Quinta Da Boeira Port casks.
