Willett Distillery, Rowan’s Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Rowan’s Creek is part of Willett’s Small Batch Boutique Bourbon Collection and named for the creek that runs through the distillery estate. Bottled at a higher proof than many of Willett’s offerings, Rowan’s Creek draws a unique character from Willett’s 72% corn mash bill while remaining easily approachable for sipping or mixing. Peanuts and freshly cut celery on the nose lead to a palate of chestnuts, juniper, and lemon oil with a finish of peppermint, poppyseeds, and dried peaches.
