Joe Cruz Jr. is a Harlem-native who built countless Spirits brands before he partnered with the most awarded distillery in Mexico to create his own Tequila. Enter Yave Tequila. Combining traditional methods with new ideas, the distillery uses a combination of Highland and Lowland agave from Jalisco, Mexico, to balance the sweet and floral flavors of the Highland variety and the subtle peppery notes of Lowland agave. They use pure volcanic water that’s naturally filtered through lava rock and proprietary yeast for fermentation. The result of this Spirit of Mexico meets Spirit of New York mindset are Yave Tequilas: exceptionally flavorful yet smooth premium Spirits.

Yave Tequila Blanco is their core offering. It’s distinctly clean and ultra-smooth, which is what you want from a Blanco. Like their other bottlings, this one is also handcrafted and double-distilled with volcanic water from both Highland and Lowland agave.
